Chocolate Chip Cookie Drops

Ingredients
- 1225 g Butter(softened)
- 2200 g Brown sugar
- 3100 g Granulated sugar
- 42 large Eggs
- 52 tsp Vanilla
- 6380 g All-purpose flour
- 71 tsp Baking soda
- 81 tsp Salt
- 9340 g Chocolate chips
Instructions

Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Chill dough 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).

Scoop onto lined baking sheets. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
