Drop-Off Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 13 large Ripe bananas(very ripe, spotted)
  • 280 g Butter(melted)
  • 3150 g Sugar
  • 41 large Egg
  • 51 tsp Vanilla
  • 6190 g All-purpose flour
  • 71 tsp Baking soda
  • 81/4 tsp Salt
  • 960 g Walnuts(optional, chopped)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

    Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in melted butter.

    Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir to combine.

    Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold until just combined (don't overmix!).

    Fold in walnuts if using. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
