Instructions

  1. Mix flour, water, starter/yeast, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl.

  2. Cover and let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.

  3. Pour generous olive oil into a sheet pan. Transfer dough, stretch to fill pan.

  4. Dimple with oiled fingers. Top with rosemary and flaky salt.

  5. Let proof 30 minutes while oven preheats to 425°F.

  6. Bake 22-25 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
