Ingredients

  • 1200 g Sourdough discard
  • 22 large Eggs
  • 3120 ml Milk
  • 430 g Butter(melted)
  • 52 tbsp Sugar
  • 6100 g All-purpose flour
  • 71 tsp Baking powder
  • 81/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 91/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Mix sourdough discard, eggs, milk, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.

    Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.

    Heat a griddle or pan to medium. Lightly butter.

    Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on surface, flip, cook 1-2 min more.

    Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or a pat of butter.
