Station 7 Shift Chili
A thick, hearty chili that simmers for hours and only gets better when reheated after a call.

Instructions
Brown the beef in a large pot. Drain excess fat.
Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
Add all beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.
Simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add water if it gets too thick.
Serve with sour cream, cheese, and crusty bread (try the focaccia!).
