Ingredients
- 12 lbs Ground beef
- 22 large Onions(diced)
- 36 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 42 cans (15oz) Kidney beans(drained)
- 51 can (15oz) Black beans(drained)
- 62 cans (28oz) Crushed tomatoes
- 73 tbsp Chili powder
- 81 tbsp Cumin
- 9Salt and pepper(to taste)
- 10Sour cream and shredded cheese(for serving)
Instructions

Brown the beef in a large pot. Drain excess fat.

Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.

Add all beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer.

Simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Add water if it gets too thick.

Serve with sour cream, cheese, and crusty bread (try the focaccia!).
